Grupo Pacifico will not accept telephone bookings. Bookings must be made by completing the online Registration and Accommodation Form.
An acknowledgement of receipt of the requested reservations will be sent to your e-mail once the form is completed, if you do not receive it please contact the Technical Secretary: Grupo PACIFICO: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The registration fee must be paid before the start of the congress, otherwise the cost will be reclaimed from the venue.
Your registration selection must be in accordance with your category (member, affiliation, student, etc.), otherwise you will be asked to pay the difference of the current registration fee.
Payment of 100% of the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment has been received, a confirmation voucher and booking invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please check the documentation carefully.
All payments must be made in Euros. Please find below the available payment methods:
Payment by credit card online: once you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a security-enabled bank page.
Payment by credit card authorisation: once you choose this payment method you will receive a form to be filled in with your credit card details, which you must return to us via email or fax.
Bank transfer: once you choose this payment method you will receive the necessary details of our bank account to make the corresponding payment. This option is only available until 14 February 2023.
Any outstanding balance must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation. In the event that payment has been made by bank transfer or other means, but has not been properly credited, a receipt will be requested. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay the outstanding amount pending verification.
Grupo Pacífico has reserved a limited number of rooms, so they will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The prices offered are per night, including VAT (subject to change according to official regulations) and breakfast.
Hotel rates and quotas are for the dates of the Congress, the days before and after are subject to availability.
All attendees are advised to book their rooms before 15 February 2023. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability.
